The irony of it all!! Aren't "Mexican-Americans" the same as "Native-Americans", because they were there first as well. Remember in Precious Knowledge, Mr. Acosta said Mexicans had been in American territory for thousands of years?! Here people in Arizona are trying not to group a race together, but they just can't accept the American Race as a whole! :O Now Native Americans can take Native American classes, but Mexicans can't?
